Councillor Work: School Road Pavement Safety

Many thanks to our Parish Steward for acting so quickly when I reported that up to 18 inches of path on School Road was unusable/unsafe due to being covered by vegetation from the neighbouring shrub bed.

While this may be a small thing, it's important not only for safety, but to encourage active travel, pavements need to be in good condition. 

This path is used by so many people, particularly during term time. Having safe pavements on the way to and from school is something that parents shouldn't need to think about on top of everything else.
